Orders can be made simply by following the checkout process on the online shop, or by texting us at 343-500-6305.
Our MediCann dispatcher will text you to confirm they have your order, and provide you with an estimated time of their arrival. If you'd like your order to be delivered somewhere specific (ex: mailbox, backdoor), kindly let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
Orders are delivered within 1-2 hours under normal conditions
You will be notified of any delays due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions, traffic issues or a rush of orders and given a new delivery time. Your patience is appreciated as we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. (generally within the hour)
Ottawa/Gatineau Delivery fee is $5 to $7, depending on location. FREE DELIVERY FOR MEDICANN MEMBERS ON ORDERS OVER $75,
Delivery to outlying areas and urban communities requires a minimum order of $75, and may be subject to a delivery fee adjustment based on travel distance from Ottawa Centre.
Minimum order amount of 30.00 required for delivery

The products you order will be handled, sealed and packaged discreetly. to protect the contents and your privacy. We will be in touch to ensure your order arrives safely.
Orders beyond Canada’s Jurisdiction
As of this time, MediCann only ships within Canada. Any orders that are addressed outside of the Country will not push through. However, you are welcome to contact MediCann periodically for updates on potential changes in this regard.
After Payment Events
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately and delivered to you within 2 hours, depending on location. An ETA will be provided at the time of purchase. Take note that payment arrangements must be established to process an order.
Modifying or Cancelling of Orders/ Return policy
MediCann regrets that we cannot change or cancel an order once a purchase is made. If the act is necessary, then you are required to contact us so that we can do the modification and cancellation in your place. In the event that you want to change your orders, please communicate and instruct us on which product to change. Afterward, wait for our instructions for the payment of the modified order. If you place an order (unpaid) , and don't show up to meet the driver there is a 7$ charge.
No returns after orders have been delivered, however if you are not satisfied we'd encourage you to contact us and we'll make it right.
Interact E-Transfer, Debit/Credit upon delivery are the modes of payment that MediCann accepts.

First Time Customers must send valid photo ID prior to delivery (cash payment only)
Hence, it is only offered if you (new customer), possesses an online or mobile banking account. The guidelines for the payment will be given upon checking out of the product/s. You may sign up for free in the top right corner of our website if you prefer a "cash on delivery" payment.
At the minute that you are done placing your order, We will send you an invoice together with the other instructions — confirm your address & contact details to finish the payment procedure.
Please make sure that you secure a copy of the information to avoid inconvenience. However, if you fail to give the complete data required, please contact us, and don’t forget to mention your Order #. MediCann will happily answer your concern.

After E-Transfer Payment
When you are finished sending your payments through E-Transfer, expect that MediCann will immediately contact you to confirm receipt of payment & process your order/s.

“When our Track tool indicates that a letter or parcel was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door; you may need to check a second location like a mailroom, front desk, or safe drop location. Also, check with everyone in the household as another member of the house may have received or retrieved the item.
If a signature is shown on Track, see if it matches anyone in the household who may have signed for the item, as we deliver to the address and not to the name on the item.”
Package Sent to another Area Indicated in Canada Post Tracking Page
In places like Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, and Nunavut, postal theft is definitely a wide issue. However, in other parts of Canada it is considered as a minimal problem. Hence, it is suggested that you check out smaller items if you are worried about the security of your packages. The moment that your order is confirmed to be stolen, there will be no refunds for it. That said, you are checking out items at your own risk.
Canada Post Not Updating Tracking Page
Occasionally, Canada Post fails to update the scan or data of some packages. As a result, the parcel on the tracking page will appear to be still on process or undelivered. Note that most of the purchases arrive at your place at least 3 business days; but, it can be delayed in some cases because of unforeseen situations. If it is already the 5th day since the shipping out, please reach out to MediCann immediately so we can raise the issue to Canada Post.
Unique Shipping Service in Small Population Metropolitans
Again, postal theft is not a big deal in other areas; however, it is a popular concern in other places including but not limited to Northwest Territories, Northern Manitoba, and areas with a recorded population that doesn’t reach 2,500. MediCann suggests to not placing an extremely big purchase in order to be safe from postal theft. It is due to the fact that we are not responsible for confiscated or lost packages.
